CONSIDERATIONS TO KNOW ABOUT BAREFOOT SHOES FOR RUNNING

New to barefoot shoes. We are in Montana exactly where it will get to -twenty or lower. Any recommendations on boots? Am I appropriate in thinking you would have to have the thick boot to shield from the acute cold? Seek out boots with a wide toe box perhaps?
